These reports outline the results of an analysis of the government's financial performance and financial position for the financial year. The reports also comment on certain major activities within the public sector.

Prior to 2000, the report was named Report on the Government's Finances (1997-1999); Report on the Statement of Financial Operations (1995-1996); Report on the Finance Statement (1991-1994); and Report on the Treasurer's Statement (1989-1990).
