Learning and Development Program
Effective professional development is essential to the
success of our operations, and to the achievement of personal satisfaction and
professional competence of our staff. A comprehensive Learning and Development
Program is offered to ensure that our staff are able to successfully meet their
professional auditing responsibilities, and assistance is provided to complete
professional accreditation or additional specialised qualifications.
National and international opportunities
Our Office has relationships with Audit Offices in
all Australian states and territories, as well as with approximately 150
international Audit Offices, with the potential for secondment opportunities. We
also provide skills-based training to Audit Offices in the Pacific region. These
national and international relationships offer valuable opportunities to our
staff.
Professional and postgraduate studies
We provide support to people wishing to undertake
relevant further studies, including meeting the requirements for membership of
the Institute of Chartered Accountants and CPA Australia. This includes study
leave and assistance with course fees.
